When you lose everything you find yourself.
When you "break into pieces" until you gather yourself again, you discover many ways and possibilities to get out of the bottom. Then you can help others do it. When life was crashing for the first time, I found a wide variety of therapies, practices and tools.
Following this pathway there were: health education sciences, bachelor education in this field. Then there are many courses and workshops such as: dances, aerobics, fitness, yoga, meditations, sound healing, Chinese medicine, energy massages, Juan qigong, reiki, the game of life Leela.
Later, when I lost everything I had created for more than 20 years in my native country – Lithuania, an opportunity to help myself and others appeared while living in another country, the Indonesian island of Bali. Meanwhile, my life started again from scratch, but I was already rich in knowledge and experience. What matters is not where you are, but who you are and what you can share, what you can give, how you can serve.
Mira is a spiritual name given to me as a yoga teacher by Guru Vishnu Panighragi. The name given by my parents is Dalia. Dalia means fate and destiny. My own fate was not easy. However, thanks to the difficulties, there was a constant search for how to survive, to live a healthier, happier, more peaceful life. Also, how to help yourself and others who are going through their own trials and tribulations.
Many different discoveries, happy moments and disappointmens. All with only one goal – to know myself better, to raise awareness and consciousness, to live a better life and grow.
I feel ready to share the knowledge I’ve gained. And every person I meet is not a random passerby. We all teach each other something. We share what we are blessed with. So similar yet so different. But we all share a common space on Mother Earth. If you discover this website, I will share with you what I am rich and blessed with.
